I had the opportunity a couple of years ago to have lunch on the bucolic Chick-fil-A headquarters campus in Georgia and spend the afternoon with President & COO, Dan Cathy to discuss entrepreneurship, leadership, and a whole list of other topics that we’ll share in later blog posts and videos.

Here’s a video clip from our conversation about developing a culture of learning, and the key for leaders to stay on top of their game.  In addition to sharing one of his “sneaky” tips, we discuss the importance of maintaining humility to have the attitude of a student; and he reminds us that when the rate of external change exceeds the rate of internal change, disaster is imminent.
